Shipping Policy

Delivery Destinations

We currently deliver to valid residential and commercial addresses within the 50 United States and Canada. We do not ship to PO boxes in certain remote areas. International shipping to countries outside the US and Canada is not available.

Order Processing Time

After you complete your purchase, your order enters a pre‑shipment verification and packing phase. This processing period typically takes 1 to 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed in Massachusetts.

Transit Time After Shipment

Once your order has been picked up by the carrier, the estimated delivery time is 4 to 7 business days for most locations within the US and Canada. Delivery may take longer during peak holiday seasons, extreme weather events, or unexpected carrier delays.

Shipping Cost

We do not charge any shipping fee for standard delivery. Free shipping applies to every order regardless of the order total or number of items purchased.

Carrier Selection

No single carrier is used for all shipments. The carrier is selected per order based on destination postal code, package weight and dimensions, and current carrier capacity. Carriers that may be used include but are not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. The tracking link becomes active within 24 hours of shipment. You can monitor delivery progress directly on the carrier’s tracking portal.

Missing or Stolen Packages

If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not physically received the package, take the following steps:

  • Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation email
  • Check with family members, roommates, or neighbors
  • Wait an additional 48 hours (carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered early)

If the package remains missing, contact us at info@setactive.sbs within 10 calendar days of the delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier.
