Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Return requests submitted after the 30th day will not be accepted.

Condition Requirements for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Not worn, not washed, not dry‑cleaned, and not altered in any way
  • Free from visible wear, stains, odors, pet hair, deodorant marks, or any other signs of use
  • All original tags, hang tags, and plastic poly bags must be attached and undamaged
  • Items returned due to manufacturing defects are also eligible

Return Shipping Cost

We provide free return shipping for all eligible returns. A prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you after your return request is approved. Do not ship returns using your own postage unless instructed to do so.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fee, handling fee, or administrative fee for any return.

Non‑Returnable Items

Products that are explicitly labeled as “Sale” or “Final Sale” on their product detail page cannot be returned or refunded. This includes any items purchased with a discount code that specifically marks the item as final sale.

Return Process

  1. Send a return request to info@setactive.sbs with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”
  2. Include in your email: order number, item name(s), and reason for return
  3. Within 1 business day, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label
  4. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a similar rigid envelope or box
  5. Attach the prepaid label over any existing shipping labels on the package
  6. Drop off the package at any authorized drop‑off location of the carrier shown on the label
  7. Keep the drop‑off receipt until your refund is completed

Refund Processing Time

Once the returned package has been delivered to the above address, we will process the refund within 1 to 2 business days.

Refund Appearance Time

After we process the refund, it typically takes an additional 7 to 10 business days for the refund amount to appear in your original payment account. The exact timing depends on your bank, credit card issuer, or PayPal.

Partial Order Returns

Returning only a subset of items from a multi‑item order does not delay the refund for the returned items. Shipping fees are non‑refundable for any partial return.
