Transaction Currency

Timing of Charge
Your selected payment method will be charged immediately after you click the final order confirmation button. The charge occurs before the order enters the processing stage.
Payment Confirmation
A payment confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If you do not receive this confirmation within one hour, first check your spam or junk folder. If still not found, contact info@setactive.sbs.
Declined or Failed Payments
If your payment is declined, the order will not be submitted. You will see an error message at checkout indicating the decline. Do not attempt to place the same order again without first contacting your bank or card issuer to resolve the issue.
